Returns

You may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ajoure.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items

Items on final sale, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size or style exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.
