Refund and Returns Policy

At AJOURE, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ajoure.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on final sale, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For size or style exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.
